Atopic dermatitis is a chronic or chronically relapsing skin disease, which can already occur during infancy. Due to this, patients have many questions about the symptoms, diagnosis or therapy. The objective is to develop a chatbot, which provides the information you are looking for in an user friendly format. Sarina’s task is to determine the most important areas of question and generate a questionnaire. Furthermore, she would like to get an overview of how the patients value a chatbot consultation and how much time they are willing to spend using such a program.
